INFRASTRUCTURE
Our facilities integrate spinning, design, knitting and assembly to ensure research and development from the yarn stage through to the finished garment. This ensues us with better control over the quality of the products that we manufacture. This closed cycle also enables us to provide our customers with a faster delivery turnaround when compared to industry standards. We also generate renewable hydro energy for our own captive use.
YARNS
To ensure the best quality yarns, Winsome Yarns has well established labs with new technology and latest equipment from renowned international brands. The latest machines and millions of spindles in different units can produce yarn counts ranging from NE 10’s to NE 60 of different qualities like Melange, Dyed, Fancy Yarns in Cotton and Cotton blends etc.
The factory is equipped with 1,10,000 spindles and can produce a capacity of 50 tonnes per day.

KNITWEAR
Winsome Knitwear was initiated in 2003. Since its inception, we have been producing high-quality textiles and garments for high street customers using the latest computerized machinery in the industry. This facility is well equipped for knitting, stitching, washing and pressing.
OUR FACTORY PRODUCES APPROXIMATELY 1.2 MILLION HIGH QUALITY UNITS A YEAR.

HYDRO POWER
To add to our sustainability initiatives, the company invested in the generation of renewable energy for its captive use. The company now has uses 5 micro hydel plants to generate electricity at a total capacity of 3900 kW. This generation contributes to roughly 25% of the company's total energy consumption.
